Did half-an-hour of free weights - mostly worked on the trapezius, posterior deltoids and triceps. Followed up with another half-an-hour of stretches and aerobic/flexibility workout on the trunk. Won't be too ambitious - I don't want to grow weary of my FIP that soon.
I feel good! :)
Went back to drinking my breakfast self-concocted protein shake - which tasted like chocolate-flavoured mud because I put too much protein into it. Bleargh. Heehh! Mmm. Will make sure that I down loads of water.
Gonna lunch with the hubby today. *Excited*
