Flu-ish

Haven't been blogging for a few days by now. Had to rest from all that traveling exhaustion. Also, I've been studying hard, meeting up with Rach for breakfast, meeting my soon-to-be boss (today)...

AND....

...by the looks of it, I'm down with the flu. *Snifffff*

Terrific idea, don't you think? Picture source
Hubby's turn to be away for a retreat this weekend. As for me, I shall be resting at Club Med (med as in flu medicines). With all that extra me-time to catch up on my work and studies. Oall Eeees Velll... :)

Coughing and laryngitis. It will be fun worship-leading this Sunday. (Why does this always have to happen?) Hee Hee. My back-up vocalist had better be prepared to back-me up. I mean for real. Especially when I have no voice to sing. Let's make it FUN - and I am by no means being sarcastic. We will do this for the glory of the Lord. Please... if you wish, do join me in praying for my team of worship enablers. May even their instruments be anointed to give God all the praise He is due. May pastor be anointed to preach God's Word. May His heart delight in our offerings to Him.

Those who are worshipping with us at TMCP this Sunday and reading this... please sing your loudest, even if there is just one person leading up front instead of your usual two. Sing your hearts out! :)

Interesting observation: I think I seem to be more confident in worship-leading when I'm sick rather than when I am totally well. Having said that....

God, if You will ~ please heal me by tomorrow night's rehearsal.

Now, to run off to catch that running nose... No pun intended.
