IBS Strike #4

And now my tummy feels like it's full of gas and poo that cannot escape. Feels.

Yesterday night's painful cramping and stretching (at least I felt as if my large intestines were being forcibly stretched by tons of gas and poo built up inside; and the cramping served to clear the "blockage" albeit unsuccessful - I don't think that's really the case) caused my hubby and I not to sleep well - because I kept waking him up by either tossing and turning on our bed... or moaning and groaning. Sorry, hubs! I am left with very sore lower abdominal muscles. I just can't walk upright today - to make no mention of running and jumping...

I must look like an old robot.

The first attack of this was in 2011 ~ we (including the doctor) thought that I had an appendicitis. Thankfully it subsided before I got my appendix carved out.

I honestly don't know what triggers it. I've never had it before 2011.

Anyway...

Happy Friday, people! For those who are traveling during the long weekend, drive safe! And for those who are celebrating Hari Raya Aidilfitri ~ do have a great time with your folks back home! :)
