Happy Chinese New Year, folks!!!

I've been away from Penang for the past few days with the hubby ~ spending time with my side of the family.

Feasting. Catching up. And yet, labouring on my Romans paper ~ I wrung my brain every waking moment I could possibly spare. Thank God that my paper is 80% done, even though I don't know if I did it the right way. Exhausted, I really am ~ but I'll have to begin on yet another paper the day after tomorrow. Wait, it's 2 papers. May God give me strength. Writing is indeed tough when you are under lots of pressure ~ deadline pressures, people pressure, the pressure of your own expectations, etc.

Today is Ash Wednesday ~ which marks the beginning of the Lent Season... a season of penance, fasting and repentance as Christians prepare for Easter. I pray that this would be a meaningful Lent Season for me.
