26 weeks : A Side Profile

Why, I see... Ben! :)

I am also glad and thankful to share that she is doing very well. Today, her daddy took half a day's leave to accompany me to the obstetrician's. We were delighted to have a fresh glimpse of her on the ultrasound scan, after 4 weeks of guessing games. It always puzzles us, what she could be up to inside me - as she can certainly appear very busy at times. First world problems. What would we do without ultrasound scans, I wonder?

Speaking of which... can you imagine... the first month of the New Year is nearly over! The second trimester of my pregnancy is nearly over. I've only got 2 weeks left of it to savour.

My prayer for you today, dear and precious little one, is adapted from Proverbs 31:25, 26, 30 :

May strength and dignity be your clothing... and may you smile at the future. May you grow into a lady who speaks with wisdom and kindness; a God-fearing woman whose imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit would bless and honour Him.

With much love.
